* To make sure your order will be processed in time, it must be placed by 13:00. Otherwise, all order placed after 13:00 will be processed on the next day and that will add more time to your delivery.

Q: What delivery companies do you use?
A: We use PW Gates and Parcelforce for our deliveries.
Q: Can I get an exact delivery time for my order?
A: Unfortunately, our delivery companies do not provide us with an exact time for the delivery. If your delivery is with Parcel Force, you will receive a tracking number and you can check the progress of your order. Also, you will receive a text notification on the day of the delivery with a timeslot. If your order is delivered by PW Gates, we can request a 1h in advance call prior to delivery.
Q: Can the driver take my order inside the property?
A: No, we deliver to your door only.
Q: Can your order be left in my yard, garage, porch and etc.?
A: Usually all orders must be accepted by you, or somebody close to you. If you wish to leave your order anywhere else, we can do that, but at your responsibility.
Q: Our delivery company has damaged your order.
A: It’s important that you inspect your goods upon delivery. The delivery driver must create a protocol for the damage. After that, take few pictures and send them to our email email@example.com, along with your order details and our team will be able to assist you in resolving the problem.
Q: Is your order taking too long to arrive?
A: Sometimes our delivery companies can take longer than promised to deliver your goods. After we release the order to them, it’s in their hands to deliver them to you. For supplies, you can track your order with the ID number from the email confirmation.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can. Just contact us on 020 88309787 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to cancel your order. However, if your order is already dispatched, you will have to pay for the delivery charges that occur in that situation.
